Shehnaaz Gill Gets Offended As Fans Chant Karan Aujla's Name During An Event, 'Very Disrespectful..' (2025)

Shehnaaz Gill is one of the most sought-after actresses in the Indian entertainment industry. She gained widespread fame after her stint in Salman Khan's controversial reality show,Bigg Boss 13. Following this, she did several movies, music videos, and brand endorsements. While Shehnaaz gets a lot of love from her fans, this time, she got offended by fans after they chanted Karan Aujla's name.

Shehnaaz Gill schools fans for disrespecting her at an event

While scrolling through our social media account, we came across a video wherein Shehnaaz Gill was seen at the Tashan Nites event for Chandigarh University. For the day, she was dressed in a white oversized shirt paired with a red-hued dungree. She completed her look with a black tie and glamorous makeup and kept her pin-straight hair loose.

Shehnaaz stood on the stage when the crown started calling out Karan Aujla's name to tease her. Hearing this, Shehnaaz got offended and asked the crown to behave and not to misbehave with any artist. She added that she also loves Karan just like them, but that doesn't mean any other artist should be disrespected. In Shehnaaz's words:

"Acha (Karan) Aujla bol rahe ho? Te mein jaava? So guys, I know you love him a lot, but this is very disrespectful to other artists. Aap log sabki izzat kiya karo. Bhai, theek hai, aap bohot pyaar karte ho, hum bhi karte hai usko."

Shehnaaz Gill revealed that she once blocked Salman Khan’s number

During her promotional events, Shehnaaz Gill and her team appeared onThe Kapil Sharma Show, and shared how she got the offer for the film,Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The actress revealed that it was none other than Salman Khan who had personally called her for the role. She said she got a call from an unknown number while she was in Amritsar. However, out of her habit, she blocked the unknown number, only to find out later that it was Salman Khan who called her. She said:

“Whenever I get a call from unknown numbers, I have this habit of blocking them. And so, I did the same. Then, after a few minutes, I got a message that Salman sir is trying to call me.”

Shehnaaz added that it was indeed Salman who called her, and so, she called him back. During their conversation, the actor offered her a role in the movie, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. TheThank You For Comingactress further shared that she agreed to work in the film,Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan without even reading the script, as Salman Khan ended the conversation after saying that the director would call her soon.
